Experience

2024/09

Geophysics Survey Field Technician at Frontier Geoscience Inc.

Seismic field work – Use several methods such as shotgun shoot, hammer hit and heavy drop to recording the reflection and refraction seismic wave.
ERT – Set metal stick lines and record the electrical resistivity of the underground unit.
Combine seismic and electrical resistivity data to determine underground material type.

2024/07

Assistant Geologist at Equity Exploration Inc.

As an assistant geologist do soil sampling in field near Pickle Lake & Salton for two rotations.
Distinguished and sorted soil types and record the geological properties of the sample in field.
Sampling the outcrop rock, record properties and potential mineral, measure the structural data.
Do field work by helicopter and ATV with small team.

July to Septemberin 2023

Mineral Deposits Research Project Assistant at UBC Geology MDRU Department & Selwyn Chihong company

As a research assistant for the Master’s research project about the Sphalerite (Zn,Fe)S & Galena (PbS) mineral deposits in Yukon Area, cooperated with Selwyn Chihong company.
Using Chemical method and X-ray to test the related mineral composition in core samples.
Data analysis for the core samples with excel and stereonet.
Do outdoor field trips by helicopter in the Howard Pass area and try to find evidence of shale hosted massive sulphide environments for mineral deposits.
Helping to rebuild a possible underground structure of the mineral deposits in Howard Pass.
