Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and dependable Drill Mechanic to support drilling operations through equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs. The ideal candidate has strong mechanical knowledge, works well independently, and is comfortable supporting remote and field-based operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Diagnose, repair, and maintain drilling equipment and support machinery
Perform preventative maintenance to minimize downtime
Troubleshoot hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems
Inspect equipment for safety and operational readiness
Maintain accurate service and repair records
Communicate with operations and management teams regarding equipment status
Follow all safety and environmental regulations
Qualifications:

Previous experience as a drill mechanic or heavy equipment mechanic preferred
Strong mechanical aptitude; hydraulic and diesel experience an asset
Ability to work independently in remote or field environments
Good problem-solving and organizational skills
Valid driver’s license required
Welding and fabrication skills considered an asset
Work Setting:
